• Won Young Researcher Award (Prof Shailendra K Vajpeyee Award) at BPCON 2011, Annamalainagar jointly organized by Indian society of hypertension and world hypertension league (September 2011) for paper titled “Psychiatric Morbidity in Patients of Hypertension”.
• Won Best Poster Award at 5th Asia Pacific Regional Conference on Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Bengaluru, India 6-8 February 2015 for paper titled “Awareness and utilization of disability benefits among persons attending daycare at Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services, NIMHANS, Bengaluru”.
• Awarded the Fellowship of Dr. Ramachandra N Moorthy Foundation for Mental health & Neurological Sciences & Association for improvement of Mental Health Programs, Geneva at NIMHANS, Bengaluru (Jan 2016).
